the product I ordered is too big/too small how do I exchange it? these things happen! with all exchanges for incorrect sizes you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org we will give you instructions for what to do from there.
I was sent the wrong item/size to what I ordered, what do I do? we hate when this happens! email email@example.com & we will let you know what we will do to rectify this. as it was our error we will send you a return postage paid satchel for you to pop the wrong item in & once we receive this we will send you the correct one where possible. if for any reason we cannot fullfill the right item due to selling out or no longer stocking the item we will issue you a refund.
Do you ship worldwide? We currently ship to; Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada & most of Asia. We will be shipping to Europe very soon!
what does it mean when an item says "coming soon"? this means that the product has either sold out & we are restocking it as soon as we can, it is a new product that will be coming soon to our store! either way it's exciting! for all new products or updates on restocks follow us on instagram @bbiglittlethings.

why do you do pre orders? how long do pre orders take to arrive? our most coveted items sell out very quickly we do pre orders so you can secure the piece you are wanting as well as assisting us with our ordering due to the pre ordered items coming from Paris or the USA. This is also the reason why preorders may take longer to arrive. for example the Levo Rocker is handmade in Paris - the demand for this item in Europe & worldwide is huge so the turn around time for these is slower then most then it is shipped to Australia before being directly sent to us to pack & send to you! but believe us when we say our preordered products are worth the wait.
we also send out a courtesy email to all pre order customers letting you know when the shipment has arrived & there is a 48 hour turnaround time from us receiving the goods, packing them & shipping them straight to you.
I don't want the gift box or fancy wrapping with my order - is that ok? absolutely! at checkout we actually give you the option to choose whether you'd like our Better Packaging People satchels or our mailer gift boxes. if you don't choose an option we default to the satchels.
please note we cannot provide a gift box for our larger items; Levo Rocker or Snuggle Me Organic Lounger - these come in either their own box or a plain shipping box.
I want to send a gift directly to someone. you've come to the right place! we love sending gifts - before you check out you will see a Notes section for you to let us know anything you need to pass on in regards to your gift. This could be a gift note that we will include with the gift box or anything else you'd like us to do.
at check out you can also put in the address for the gift to be sent directly to the lucky person. It's as easy as that.
do you do gift registries for baby showers? we are working on it! this is something we want to get right - at the moment you can use our wishlist option which is a great way to start a baby shower gift list - this can be sent to your guests, family or friends to give them a biglittlehint of what you really need (& want)!
the wishlist tab is located on the side of your screen "my wishlist" & you can add any item by clicking on the love heart next to each product's name. by creating an account you can return to your wishlist whenever you want.
