What is THE biglittleCLUB?	THE biglittleCLUB is our loyalty program designed exclusively for expecting women and new mothers in Australia who love minimalist mother and baby products. It's our way of rewarding our valued members with exclusive benefits, discounts, and rewards.
How can I join THE biglittleCLUB?	Joining is easy! Simply sign up or create an account on biglittlethings.store. If you're an existing member, complete your account by clicking create account in the widget & make sure to use your linked email that you signed up with originally - this will be the email you use for orders or where we send out emails.
What are the different membership tiers?	We have three tiers: biglittlefriend, biglittlebestie, and biglittleVIP. Your tier depends on your lifetime spend at biglittlethings.store. Each tier comes with its own set of rewards, offers, and special add-ons.
What rewards do I get at each tier?	Here are the rewards, offers, and special add-ons for each tier: biglittlefriend: Exclusive access to member only sales & offers (we no longer do public sales). How do I earn biglittlerewards?	You can earn biglittlerewards by referring friends through our "Refer A Mama" program or by leaving product reviews through the "Leave A Review" program. These actions accumulate rewards in your account.
How can I redeem my biglittlerewards?	Redeeming is simple. Once you've accumulated biglittlerewards, visit THE biglittleCLUB widget after signing in to your account. From there, you can exchange your rewards for vouchers to use on purchases at biglittlethings.store.
Do my biglittlerewards expire?	Yes, they do. Your biglittlerewards balance is valid for one year from the date of accrual. It resets after one year. Your tier level is determined by your lifetime spend, ensuring you never expire out of your tier.
Are there any restrictions on participation?	As long as you've completed your account profile, remain subscribed to marketing emails, and accept marketing emails, there are no participation restrictions.
What happens if I return a purchase or get a refund?	Refunds or returns will only affect your tier level if your total lifetime spend drops below the tier's spending guidelines.
Where can I find the privacy policy and terms of service?	You can access our privacy policy and terms of service on our website here.
How do I know about special offers and promotions?	We will notify you via email whenever we have specific offers for your tier level, including gift with purchases, sales, discounts, and our annual Spend & Save. Each offer has its terms and conditions detailed in the email.

Can I use my biglittlerewards with other discounts?	No, biglittlerewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Each offer, including sales and discounts, has its own terms and conditions. In addition to this you cannot use your rewards or membership on biglittlegifting.com as there is a separate loyalty program for biglittlegifting.
