Q | What are the cut off dates for shipping within Australia?

A | We will be shipping out orders daily from 1st December - 17th December. Given Many restrictions still in place with Australia Post due to COVID-19 we encourage you to place your order sooner rather than later. The dates outlined are guidelines from Australia Post & are note guaranteed. They will be working to make sure orders sent by these dates arrive before Christmas Day. Any orders placed after the dates provided are not guaranteed by Christmas.

Q | when will the stock that says "coming soon" will be back in stock? will it arrive before shippping cut offs?

A | BEFORE 10th DECEMBER - almost all products that say "coming soon" will be arriving by the end of November or the first week of December - unless it is a preorder that says the expected arrival date.

AFTER 10th DECEMBER - If an item is showing "coming soon" then we are getting a restock however this may not be before Christmas or we are expecting a restock in the new year. Check the individual products for more information on expected restock dates.

Q | can you let me know when something comes back in stock? 

A | Yes, if you click the "notify me" button on the product page you will receive an email when that product has been restocked & available to purchase.

Q | I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see the price, can you leave our the invoice?

A | No worries! We actually don't include an order invoice with any of our orders as you will receive an Order Confirmation email that acts as the same thing & to save paper we won't print one out.

Q | I want to buy multiple gifts with their own gift box can you include the extra gift boxes with my order?

A | Thank you for choosing biglittlethings for all your gifting! 

If you request for more more gift boxes in your order your first biglittlethings mailer box is complimentary however any more gift boxes will be charged $5 per box. Please understand we cover the cost of one free gift mailer box plus shipping over $50 however adding extra gift boxes is a cost we cannot sustain as a small business. 
Shipping will be charged on multiple gift boxes as shipping increases with the size of the box to send multiple gifts to if your individual gifts are under $50.

Q | What is the return policy for gifts?

A | 
We are happy to exchange an item that was a gift in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Please feel free to read our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
Please note we cannot return or exchange items that were purchased in a gift bundle so please choose carefully.

Q | Why can't I select a gift box for a certain item?

A | Our larger items such as; Levo Rocker, Snuggle Me, Tiba & Marl & Warren Hill cannot be packaged in our gift boxes due to their size.
